Privacy

What this site collects

Nothing. There is no form on this site, no account to create and no list to join. You can read every page without giving us anything at all.

Cookies

None. This site sets no cookies of any kind, which is why there is no banner asking you to accept them.

Hosting

The pages are served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, their network has to see the address your request came from in order to send the page back. We do not receive that address and we do not store it.

If you email us

The address on this site is an ordinary mailbox. Write to us and we will have your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it to reply, and if you become a customer, to do the work. We do not sell it, we do not share it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

We delete an enquiry after two years. If you become a customer we keep the records the tax rules require us to keep, for as long as they require it and no longer. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address on this site and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied with the answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this page

If any of this changes, this page changes with it. We will not quietly start using your details for something you did not ask for.
