The demonstration is free and commits neither of us to anything. Until the build fee is agreed and paid, the demonstration site remains ours and is not published on your address.

What you own

Once the build fee is paid, the website and its content are yours outright, and we will hand over whatever is needed to move it elsewhere at any time.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee any particular position in search results, and we would be wary of anyone who does.

This site sells nothing

Nothing here is an offer or a contract. Work is discussed and agreed by email or on the telephone before anything is built, and no payment is taken through this website.

Governing law

These terms, and anything arising from the use of this site, are governed by the law of England and Wales.
